- Savard Group offers a range of landscaping and construction services, including design, installation, maintenance, and consultation.

2. Estimates and Payment
- All estimates are provided free of charge.
- Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise specified.

3. Scheduling and Access
- Clients must provide access to the property and any necessary information to facilitate the work.
- Any delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
4. Changes and Cancellations
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in additional charges.
- Cancellations must be made at least [48/72] hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.
5. Liability
- Savard Group carries liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries that may occur during the course of our work.

- Warranties do not cover damage caused by lack of maintenance, extreme weather, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access to the site.
- Clients must ensure that the site is clear of obstructions and hazards.
- Clients must water and maintain plant materials as per our recommendations to ensure their longevity and health.
